Oyster Farm Tasting

Dakhla's lagoon produces some of the cleanest oysters in Africa. You walk the tables at low tide, learn how the beds are managed through the seasons, then sit at a long table with lemon, bread and a glass of something cold while the tide comes back in.

This is a working farm, not a show. We kept the group small so the growers still have time to talk.
